A-Rod and his wife do have a prenuptial agreement which they signed way back in October of 2002 according to the Miami Herald. No word whether that prenup gives Cynthia any leverage if A-Rod was ever caught boning washed up pop singers.

Divorce experts also said Rodriguez could wind up paying a heavy chunk of his income on child support for the couple’s two children, 3-year-old Natasha and 10-week-old Ella Alexander.
